    Aligned Solutions is seeking a Business Strategy Manger for a well-respected company.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to understand business goals, address strategic challenges, and co-create solutions that drive measurable impact.

    • Lead and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic initiatives, and executive presentations defining success metrics, structuring plans, and ensuring follow-through.

    • Conduct market and internal research to benchmark best practices and transform qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.

    • Create compelling, high-quality presentations for executive and board audiences that clearly connect vision, strategy, and execution.

    • Partner cross-functionally to design rollout and change management plans that ensure successful implementation of new strategies, processes, and initiatives.

    • Actively listen, ask insightful questions, identify patterns, and connect stakeholders and information to move initiatives from concept to execution.

    • Collaborate closely with teams across Strategy, Marketing, Communications, and Business Units to maintain alignment and momentum.

    • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment navigating ambiguity with curiosity, optimism, and adaptability.

    • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    • 5–7+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, operations, or corporate communications roles.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; data visualization experience (Power BI, Smartsheet) a plus.

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to distill complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

    • Skilled at developing implementation plans and rollout strategies that support organizational change.

    • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies (formal training preferred).

    • Proven team player who builds trust and fosters collaboration at all levels.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.

    • Ability to manage confidential information in a high-demand environment and occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.

    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong follow-through.

    • Demonstrates curiosity, collaboration, creativity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

    • Brings maturity, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge.

  • Compensation
    $110,000-$115,000 per year
