Position Overview
The City of Phoenix – IT Department is seeking a Business System Analyst (Lead) to support the Streets Department in the implementation of a citywide system. This is a local-only, hybrid position with 80% onsite work and 20% remote flexibility. Initial training will be conducted onsite.

Phoenix City Hall, 200 W Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85003
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage users within Unifier, including assigning rights.
Create projects and shells in Unifier, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation uploads.
Support user training sessions (logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups).
Assist with end-user inquiries and reporting.
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with Unifier Project Management Software or other tools (Procure, MS Project, Oracle products).
Strong background in Project Management System implementation.
Software implementation experience (preferred).
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with Snagit and Camtasia (or similar presentation/video tools).
Desired Skills & Knowledge
Understanding of construction project management concepts.
Ability to provide effective user training.
Strong communication and end-user support skills.
Prior experience working for a large municipality, utility, or enterprise environment.
