- Maintain data accuracy and system integrity across platforms by executing routine data hygiene workflows and system cleanups
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to evaluate system capabilities and explore future technical improvements, including AI integrations
- Generate custom operational reports, interactive dashboards, and business intelligence views to support data-driven decision-making

About You:
- Possess 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting modern mid-market cloud ERP applications
- Demonstrate direct experience participating in or assisting with a full-cycle software implementation or system migration project
- Exhibit a highly detail-oriented technical skillset paired with a strong professional curiosity to master complex software workflows
- Maintain exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to comfortably manage change management across multi-departmental teams
- Display a strong professional backbone with the ability to confidently evaluate system requests, enforce data protocols, and say "no" when necessary to protect system rules
- Show resourcefulness in isolating technical issues and successfully coordinating resolutions with external software vendors and support groups
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or possess equivalent professional technical experience
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of core manufacturing or business concepts such as finance, supply chain, or inventory control workflows
