Act as the primary point of contact for diagnose and resolve WMS errors, data discrepancies, and interface/integration failures between the WMA and other systems (ERP, TMS, EDI/RF/scanning hardware)
Monitor system performance and proactively identify recurring issues before they impact operations
Lead new system implementation projects, including new warehouse and software setup, with other project managers and IT
Map business requirements to WMS capabilities by configuring workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
Diagnose configuration or integration errors, often testing software modifications and escalating complex issues to IT or software vendors
Navigate WMS interfaces and modules for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
Maintain documentation of known issues, workarounds, and resolution steps
Train warehouse staff and supervisors on system functionality and best practices
Create/Update SOPs and quick-reference guides for common WMS functions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain, and or Project Management
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with SAP and WMS, or similar business systems and/or sales order management software applications
Experience in working in a warehouse environment, primarily dealing with system analysis
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time pressure during live operational issues
Detail-oriented, especially around data accuracy and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in advanced Excel proficiency
Experience in High tech, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics industry
