We are working with a growing technology company in Irvine that is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst focused on HR integrations. This role will sit at the intersection of technical development and client interaction, helping improve integrations with third-party HRIS systems while supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Desired Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in systems analysis, integrations, or technical application support roles
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, and SQL for troubleshooting and validation
• Ability to work directly with clients to support implementations, troubleshoot issues, and explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of integration challenges end-to-end
