Business Systems Analyst (eCommerce & Loyalty Platforms)
Tempe, AZ (Onsite/Hybrid)
Looking for a System Analyst who has worked at the intersection of digital commerce, loyalty programs, mobile applications, and customer experience platforms. This role will support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer-facing systems, loyalty ecosystems, digital ordering experiences, and API-driven integrations.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
Strong background in eCommerce and mobile application platforms
Experience supporting loyalty programs, customer engagement platforms, or digital commerce initiatives
Understanding of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations, digital ordering, checkout, promotions, and customer journeys
Experience working with APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern cloud-based architectures
Ability to gather requirements, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and partner closely with engineering and product teams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have:
AWS cloud exposure Identity and authentication platforms (SSO, OAuth, Customer Identity) API modernization or orchestration programs CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner certifications
