You will be the architect of tax strategy for forward-thinkers, investors, and high-net-worth business families. • Conduct deep-dive tax strategy sessions with business owners and high-income individuals. • Build multi-year tax plans, including: • Entity optimization (S corp/C corp/partnership structuring) • Income shifting • Passive vs. active participation strategies • Deductions, credits, and timing strategies • Real estate & depreciation planning • Retirement strategy integration • QSBS, cost-seg, Augusta Rule, accountable plan, and advanced business strategies • Translate complex tax situations into clear, actionable guidance for clients • Collaborate with our Tax Prep and ATS teams to ensure strategy is executed flawlessly • Identify opportunities to expand client advisory relationships and enhance long-term tax positioning • Stay ahead of tax law developments and develop new strategies to benefit clients This role impacts the financial trajectory of every business owner you serve. What We’re Looking For7+ years of tax planning experience with business owners and high-net-worth individuals. • CPA or EA required. • Strong command of federal and multi-state tax law, entity structuring, and advanced planning. • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively with business leaders. • Strategic, forward thinker who thrives on solving complex problems. • High integrity, emotionally mature, and committed to accuracy and long-term relationship stewardship. • Experience preparing or reviewing returns is helpful, but strategic advisory is the priority. Responsibilities: • Analyze account data and inform clients of their performance • Oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention • Oversee adherence to company policies and industry standards in all client communications • Spot process enhancement opportunities and apply proven practices • Work with internal teams to synchronize efforts towards achieving client objectives Qualifications: • Proven track record of managing numerous accounts and consistently reaching objectives • At least five years' experience in account management for a related field • Completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Knowledge of CRM applications and tools for managing relationships is preferred • Ability to negotiate and communicate clearly and effectively Compensation: $110,000 - $160,000 yearly
