WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR GLOBAL SALES & STRATEGY TEAM. THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE SUPPORTING OUR WESTERN REGION. IDEALLY, THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE BASED IN THE NORTHEASTERN U.S. WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR FUJI FILM, HP, HEIDELBERG, AGFA, RICOH, AND XEROX TO NAME A FEW! THE BASE SALARY IS $60K/65K TO MAKE 110K AT PLAN. CAN BE PROMOTED TO A NATIONAL SALES MANAGER WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD!
POSITION SUMMARY: THE STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER (SAS) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAXIMIZING OUR CLIENT'S MARKET SHARE, PROFITABILITY EFFICIENCY, AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITHIN A DEFINED GROUP OF KEY EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS. THE SAS WILL MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND TECHNICAL FULFILLMENT OF PRODUCT SOLUTIONS BY EXECUTING STRATEGIES FOR GROWTH, CUSTOMER RETENTION, COMPETITIVE DISPLACEMENT, AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITHIN THE ACCOUNT. THE SAS WILL PARTNER WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE ACCOUNT TEAM TO MAINTAIN AND GROW MARKET SHARE WITHIN THEIR ASSIGNED ACCOUNTS. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
SALES EXCELLENCE. PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING AND EXCEEDING AGGRESSIVE SALES GOALS. EXCEPTIONAL ABILITY TO BUILD AND LEVERAGE RELATIONSHIPS UP DOWN AND ACROSS CUSTOMER ORGANIZATIONS TO DELIVER VALUE. STRONG TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING OF GRAPHIC ARTS MEDIA AND EQUIPMENT, PARTICULARLY IN THE PRE-PRESS AREA.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. "ADVANCED" COMPETENCY LEVEL ON WORKFLOW AND PREPRESS EQUIPMENT, CONSUMABLES, AND DIGITAL PRINT. SHOULD HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS
ENERGY & ENTHUSIASM. HARDWORKING, PERSISTENT, AND FULL OF ENERGY FOR THE THINGS THAT HE/SHE SEES AS CHALLENGES. BELIEVES IN THE PHILOSOPHY THAT “TODAY IS TOO LATE” WHILE AT THE SAME TIME OPERATING FROM A STRONG SET OF CORE VALUES AND PRINCIPLES.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
DOMESTIC TRAVEL AS NECESSARY – 30%
