Job Description
The Business Transformation Project Manager Project Manager supports execution of enterprise-wide initiatives across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and M&A. As part of the Transformation Management Team, this role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, maintaining structure and momentum across cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with clear accountability.
The Business Transformation Project Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and senior project leaders to support requirements development, execution tracking, change enablement, and portfolio reporting. This role also contributes to PMO governance and continuous improvement efforts, helping to scale consistent and effective delivery practices across the organization.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
