    We’re looking for a business-minded leader who can bring operational structure, sales leadership, accountability, and execution into a growing real estate company.

    We need someone who can step in, create clarity, improve processes, hold people accountable, and help lead the company into its next stage of growth.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and improve day-to-day business operations
    • Build accountability and structure across the sales team
    • Develop and refine sales processes and workflows
    • Help recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement better systems
    • Track team performance and drive results through leadership
    • Work directly with ownership to support company growth initiatives
    • Help create a culture of ownership, urgency, and execution

    • Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, or business management

    • Experience leading teams and holding people accountable

    • Real estate investing experience is a plus, but not required
