Job Description
The Business and HR Manager serves as a strategic and operational partner responsible for the community's business office, human resources operations, employee relations, compliance programs, financial reporting, and administrative functions. In partnership with community leadership, this role ensures accurate financial management, workforce support, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities and directly oversees Reception, while also providing functional oversight and support to other administrative staff as needed. In addition to supervisory duties, the role serves as a coach, advisor, and mentor to employees and leaders throughout the community, fostering a positive and productive work environment. The position partners closely with department leaders to support employee performance, engagement, professional development, and accountability, helping to drive operational excellence and strengthen the overall employee experience.
