Inside Sales Representative – Equity Compensation Services (B2B)
Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative supports business development efforts for equity compensation administration and brokerage services. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities with corporate issuers and building relationships with HR, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, and Stock Plan Administration teams.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, consultative seller with an interest in financial services and equity compensation programs such as stock options, RSUs, and employee stock purchase plans.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with public and private companies offering employee equity compensation programs.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email outreach, and targeted campaigns.
Build relationships with issuer stakeholders including HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and Stock Plan Administration teams.
Schedule and support discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, outreach activity, and opportunity management in HubSpot CRM.
Support proposal development, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
Collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or financial services experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing sales activity and pipeline within HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
Ability to learn and communicate complex financial or technical concepts.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to equity compensation or stock plan administration.
Familiarity with equity awards such as stock options, RSUs, or ESPPs.
Experience working with corporate HR, Finance, or Total Rewards stakeholders.
