Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building connections and closing deals? Join our established staffing agency with over 35 years of success in the DFW Metroplex, where we specialize in staffing warehouse, clerical, and direct hire positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with HR leaders and decision-makers of the companies
• Research and gather contact information for HR departments
• Cold call and email prospective clients to schedule appointments
• You will be doing mostly cold calls for the first month or two but once you develop these relationships they will be all warm calls from there.
• Present tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision makers at these companies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Business to Business Sales experience, preferably in staffing or service industries
• Exceptional communication and networking skills
• Ability to gather accurate contact information and schedule meetings
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary + commission
• $50,000-$150,000 base salary (Based upon who you know that uses staffing)
