You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers. We are expanding and we need your help! ARE YOU LOOKING FOR: • Structure • Technology • Administrative support (we handle your paperwork so you can focus on clients) • World-class coaching and leadership development • A team environment • A "WHOLE LIFE" APPROACH TO SUCCESS • ACCOUNTABILITY TO BE SUCCESSFUL Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Present purchase offers to sellers and buyers. • Develop a competitive market analysis to assist clients looking to sell • Maintain your real estate license • Maintain state required continuing education • Utilize available resources to correctly guide clients • Provide world-class customer service to buyers • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM • Educate about the real estate market through multiple media sources • Help guide those that are not ready to buy a home on the steps to become homebuyers • Explore multiple sources of buyers and sellers • Understand current documents and procedures for contracts etc • Present the latest research on the housing market Qualifications: • Current real estate license or willing to obtain (We can help you get one!) • Follow a proven system to get you selling as soon as possible • Willing to work nights and evenings as required • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Open to coaching • Growth mindset • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people • Experience in sales a plus • Possess a valid drivers license Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000+ Commission Based No Cap
