Responsibilities: AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT, YOU WILL... • Build relationships with clients and potential clients via email, text, social media, and in-person connections • Guide clients through one of the major milestones in their life by educating them, providing resources, and advocating for their best interests • Show homes to potential clients both one on one and open houses (must be flexible with your schedule) • Learn what is important to a client and help them meet their housing goals • Advise clients on preparing their home for the market, pricing strategies and negotiate the best terms for them based on their goals OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU, WE WILL... • Provide initial and ongoing training as well as accountability to help you be the absolute best agent for our clients • Train you on how to meet the needs of clients while still having an abundant life • Provide the technology needed to keep up with the constant changes in the industry including CRM, Website, tracking tools • Be trained by industry leaders who understand what it takes to be successful and is willing to share their knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals faster • Help push you to be the best you possible Qualifications: • Current real estate license or willingness to obtain • Willing to work around client's schedule as needed • Enjoys advocating for others and work hard for clients • Coachable and committed to growing in knowledge and character • Can work alone or in a group • Love meeting new people • Experience in sales or customer service is a must • Have a desire to make a great income Compensation: $35,000 - $125,000+ Commission Based
