    Job Summary

    Bussers play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the restaurant. They support the service team by clearing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared dining environment at all times.

    Key Responsibilities

    ● Support servers and hosts by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.

    ● Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, patio, lounge, and service stations.

    ● Refill water glasses, bread service, and other guest needs as directed by servers.

    ● Ensure proper setup of tables and sections at the beginning of each shift.

    ● Help restock server stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and other supplies.

    ● Assist with carrying food, clearing plates, and communicating guest needs to the team.

    ● Follow all sanitation and safety procedures for dishware and dining room upkeep.

    ● Perform opening and closing side work and cleaning duties.

    ● Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

    ● Move with urgency, awareness, and attention to detail during busy shifts.

    Skills & Qualifications

    ● Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

    ● Energetic and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    ● Ability to move quickly and stay organized under pressure.

    ● Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

    ● Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card.
