Job Summary: A Busser is a restaurant professional who is responsible for making sure that tables are set, silverware is placed correctly, and glasses stay full. They support the waiter staff to ensure all tables are set and cleared in a timely manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Remove dirty plates and or utensils and replenish as needed.
Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility.
May need to help with stocking and replenishing bar, including putting away beverage orders.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Must have a great attitude.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalency required.
Restaurant experience, 1 year (preferred).
Valid food handler’s card, or the ability to obtain one.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
