Job Summary We are seeking a Busser to join our team! In this role, you will remove dirty dishes and wipe down surfaces, set tables, and provide patrons with water. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Available Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 11:30am - 10pm
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, service stations, equipment, and glassware in accordance with restaurant standards and health regulations.
Support servers by promptly clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables, replenishing water, removing used dishware, and providing clean tableware and condiments as needed.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, folding napkins, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and preparing the restaurant for service.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers, respond to guest needs, and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Friendly and outgoing personality
