The experienced Restaurant Busser is responsible for supporting the wait staff and ensuring a clean, well-maintained dining area. Their primary duties include clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and assisting servers with delivering food and drinks. Bussers play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of the dining room and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clear and clean tables : Remove dirty dishes, glassware, utensils, and napkins from tables after guests leave.
• Reset tables : Quickly and efficiently prepare tables for new guests by setting out clean utensils, plates, napkins, and condiments.
• Support wait staff : Assist servers by bringing food to the table, refilling drinks, and providing additional items as needed by guests.
• Clean and maintain dining area : Ensure floors, chairs, and the surrounding dining areas remain clean and free of debris.
• Assist with dishwashing : When needed, help the kitchen staff by carrying dishes to the dishwasher or assisting in cleaning duties.
• Restock supplies : Replenish condiments, napkins, utensils, and other dining supplies throughout the shift.
• Respond to guest requests : Be attentive to guest needs, helping to answer basic questions or fulfilling small requests, such as extra napkins or silverware.
• Work with the host : Coordinate with the host or hostess to ensure that tables are turned over efficiently for new guests.
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness : Help clean bathrooms, service stations, or other areas of the restaurant as needed.
