We're looking for energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Bussers to join our opening team and help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

Position Summary

The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room. This position ensures tables are reset promptly, assists servers with guest needs, and helps provide efficient, seamless service throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to Serai's standards.

Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or other guest needs as directed.

Assist servers by delivering food, beverages, and other items to guests.

Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.

Polish and restock silverware, glassware, plates, and other dining supplies.

Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.

Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.

Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests whenever interacting with them.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
