Compensation: $18 per hour Reports To: Tasting Room Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Busser / Support Staff to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and enhancing the overall guest experience. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a friendly attitude. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is committed to providing exceptional hospitality in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reset the stage: Quickly clear, clean and sanitize tables after guests depart to ensure a seamless flow for the host stand.
· Support the flow: Assist servers by refilling water, clearing pre-bus items (empty plates, glassware, flight boards and trays)
· Maintain the vibe: Keep the patio, porch, floors and service stations clean and organized. Wash dishes and glasses as needed.
· Practice teamwork: Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure the guest experience is flawless from start to finish. Monitor and restock service stations, ensuring all essentials are readily available.
· Think safety: Handle glassware and plates with care and follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
· Put hospitality first: Make Starfield a welcoming place for all guests, greeting guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
Qualifications:
Hustle: You enjoy moving fast and staying on your feet for the duration of a shift.
A Positive Attitude: You’re a team player who jumps in to help wherever needed
Sharp eyes: You notice the small things–crumbs on a chair, guests who need a refill
Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays -- outside -- both summer & winter.
Experience: Previous restaurant experience a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with the right work ethic!
