We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our network and client base.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities and nurturing relationships for referrals. Your primary focus will be on networking, building strong connections, and promoting our services in the local community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential referral partners, including contractors, insurance brokers, plumbers, real estate agents, and other professionals.
• Attend networking events and community functions to promote our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding our referral network.
• Collaborate with team members to create promotional materials and presentations.
• Track and report on networking activities and business development progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
