We are looking for a self-motivated P/T Site Manager to join the team at Bustos Capital in Farmington, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation oversite of our mobile home park. This includes but is not limited to ensuring resident compliance, daily walkthrough and inspection of property, posting notices for residents and overseeing the completion of work orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the mobile home park • Create and maintain positive relationships with residents • Complete a thorough and detailed inspection of the property for quality curb appeal and living for residents • Oversee and assist in compliance, collections and eviction process • Coordinate with vendors to address all maintenance requests in a timely manner • Prepare weekly report on property for Regional Manager • Show any vacant units to future residents Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • 18 years or older • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Mobile Home Park guidelines and regulations preferred • Reliable transportation REQURIED Compensation: $20 hourly
