Bustos Capital is looking for a part-time Assistant Property Manager in its Self-Storage division. Our ideal candidate is punctual, mature, honest, has high attention to detail and is extremely responsible with pride in ownership and appearance. Schedule: • Part-Time/10-12 hours per week • Monday-Friday Responsibilities: • Daily inspections of facilities • Ensure all units are locked properly • Maintain a clean appearance for the facilities • Greet and interact with tenants in a positive and friendly manner • Show units and property to prospective tenants when necessary • Meet contractors onsite • Follow up with management on special projects/tasks Qualifications: • MUST LIVE IN SALT LAKE COUNTY • Responsible • High attention to detail • Punctual/timeliness • Honesty and integrity • Pride in ownership and appearance • Organized • Excellent communication skills Compensation: $20 hourly
