Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9:00 am- 5:30 pm Benefits: • Accrued PTO • $3,000 yearly insurance stipend • 10 Federal paid holidays with an additional 2 paid "floating" holidays • Bonus based on company profitability Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage financial aspects for multiple LLCs • Assist the Property Management team with AP & AR processing • Maintain systems and controls that ensure the integrity of the accounting system • Generate and report finances • Budget forecasting • High discretion and trust in sensitive information • Maintaining all financial records in a highly organized manner • Assisting in financial audits for lender qualifications • Work closely with the Property Management team to contribute to continued success Qualifications: • Accounting Experience Required • Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Desktop Required • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Accounting preferred • Industry experience is preferred • Proficient in Excel • Strong communication skills • Trustworthy with high accountability • High attention to detail • Wants opportunities and growth • Residing in Salt Lake County is Highly Preferred • No Criminal background • Must be able/willing to work in the office Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly BOE
