Responsibilities: • Pre-qualify leads and assess their real estate needs. • Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients. • Schedule appointments for agents to assist clients with their real estate transactions. • Conduct thorough follow-ups with past leads to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities. • Utilize our CRM system to manage leads and track interactions. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and schedule guidelines. • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. • Genuine desire to help clients achieve their real estate goals. • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices. • Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new technologies. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. • Real Estate License required. Compensation: $47,500 at plan
