    Job Description

    Position Title and Context

    TITLE OF POSITION: Installation and Store Services Coordinator

    REPORTS TO: President/C.E.O.

    LOCATION: Company Headquarters (Some travel may be required within four hours of Pittsburgh.)

    Essential Functions:

    COORDINATE INSTALLED SALES ACTIVITY – Coordinate all activities related to the Company’s installed sales program to assure that work is completed in a timely manner and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. This will include:

    · Calling customers to schedule site checks and installations for all installed sales customers

    · Ensuring the installed sales schedule is inputted and updated in real time and scheduled in efficiently for the installer

    · Managing of the flow of required installation paperwork and maintains information accurately on a data base

    · Keeping the lines of communication open between store locations, the store support office, and installers

    · Completing follow-up calls to customers after the completion of an installation

    · Approving of time cards for installers

    · Maintaining up to date spreadsheet of items sold for installation and reporting to accounting monthly

    COORDINATE STORE SERVICES – Coordinate all activities related to store service requests submitted through the Company’s ticket system and monitor all store purchased services to assure that they are being carried out in the most efficient, cost-effective manner. This will include:

    · Managing facility maintenance issues across all store locations

    · Working directly with vendors to facilitate maintenance items for all store locations

    · Assisting others in facilitating construction for the new/remodeled store locations

    · Reviewing and evaluating store service contracts for waste removal, pest control, snow removal, landscaping, etc. and soliciting alternative proposals as deemed necessary.

    OTHER TASKS – These will include:

    · Maintaining file of up-to-date certificates of insurance for all active vendors

    · Managing the Asset and Facility Expense Request Forms process, including obtaining proper approvals and submission of invoices to accounting for payment

    Desired Skills and Background:

    · Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Outlook

    · Customer service oriented

    · Strong interpersonal skills

    · Experience working in a cross-functional work environment

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS – High School Diploma

    EXPERIENCE – Three to five years of related experience

    SALARY – Commensurate with experience
