Training & development

We are seeking butchers to help in our Fresh Meat Department and become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Cutting of various fresh meat items

Packing and displaying various fresh meat items for sale in our retail area.

Explain products and services to customers

Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock and within sellable dates

Unload deliveries pertaining to meat department and/or other departments of store.

Assist in cleanup of meat room equipment, meat room area and/or other departments of store

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent verbal communication skills
