Contract Administrator

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55-60

Job Description:

• All facets of contract administration on aftermarket service and support offerings for aerospace end users. Duties include review and negotiation of contract terms and conditions; preparation of contract documents including non-disclosure agreements and memoranda of agreement; order reviews and acknowledgments; flowdown of contract requirements to internal stakeholders; change management; identification of contract and business risk; audit support and contract close out.

Required Qualifications:

• Have exceptional written and verbal communication, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly efficient and self-motivated, adapt to competing work priorities and maintain a keen focus on results.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in software programs such as: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
