Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! Butler Branding is a full-service branding and marketing agency. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and email service providers for a number of different clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Conduct market research to determine the potential of products and services
• Strategizing marketing funnels based on various client briefs
• Setting up and managing social media ad campaigns, including audience building and ad spend budgeting - especially Facebook and Instagram ad manager for various clients
• Setting up and managing Google ad campaigns across the Google ecosystem including Google AdWords, Google Smart Ads, search, display, Gmail, and YouTube for various clients
• Setting up and managing email campaigns to build and nurture email lists for various clients
• Reporting and analyzing digital marketing data to optimize ads and digital marketing strategies for conversion
• Stay current on emerging marketing and industry trends, topics, and current events.
• Competent knowledge of digital marketing platforms (including search, social, and email) and how to use them for businesses
• Track progress and make sure tasks are getting done by the respective due dates
• Perform task order management, including providing status reports, managing to a firmly fixed price budget, and ensuring deliverables and due dates are met
• Over-communicate status, activities, and project risks to clients and escalate to leadership as appropriate
• Responsible for ensuring the final deliverable meets client expectations and requirements
• Compile and present data for other departments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar and experienced with modern digital marketing strategies
• Previous experience in market research or other related fields
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well in teams
