    Job Description

    The program and builder services team implement strategies to achieve sustainable financial results, maintain and grow customer accounts and lead he alignment of the Corporate Account Sales group to the structure of the regional defined business.

    The Key Account Manager is to manage (one) the customer relationship, support customer to develop projects and negotiate commercial terms and supply agreements. To support a culture of high performance, trust, sales and business excellence that will in turn return lucrative results for the Company. This role is expected to implement strategies to increase financial results, maintaining continuous growth in customer accounts and services.

    Key Account manager will be responsible of maximizing of selling margin while achieving volume requirements, maintain major project quote history and selling margin documents, provide budget pricing to customers as needed on major projects, assist in discounting for projects within the ASM assigned limits, Promote venture products i.e. Conventional, highbred buildings.

    • Develop and maintain Margin Guide to achieve desired business results
    • Track Major projects to achieve Direct Regional goals
    • Back up Regional Manager when needed for Operations of the Department
    • Visit and calls to customer offices
    • Provide project quotes
    • Build strong business relationships through service and activities
    • Accomplish special projects as assigned by his manager (sales activates)
    • Design Projects
    • Review existing Buildings for current codes and expansion
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM:

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
    • Basic understanding of the construction industry
    • 5 years of PEMB experience
    • 2 years custom quote experience

    PREFERRED:

    • Licensed Professional Engineer
    • 7 years of PEMB experience
