BUTTE FENCE A WELL ESTABLISHED FENCING COMPANY IS SEEKING AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR IMMEDIATE START. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WITH SALES EXPERIENCE.WE PROVIDE ALL TRAINING INTERNALLY, EMPLOYEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SPEND TIME AT THE MERIDIAN, IDAHO LOCATION FOR SOME OF THAT TRAINING. EMPLOYEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO MANAGE THEIR OWN BOOK OF BUSINESS AND MEET SALES GOALS MONTHLY. NO WEEKENDS!

OUTSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate good customer service by delivering as promised and keeping appointments and pre-arranged schedules.
• Listening to customer needs, requests, solving problems and have the ability to identify opportunities
• Develop and document an effective and efficient route management system for your market area
• SAGE CRM experience
• Prepare, respond to quotes consistently and timely.
• Product knowledge, special product requests, product pricing, and knowledge of competitive landscape

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet insurability requirements
• At least 2 years of residential and/or B2B
• Outside Sales Experience preferred
• Solid math, verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Must be well organized and self-motivated
