ABOUT US Butterfly Hospice Care is a hospice provider located in Los Angeles and Inland Empire. We provide safe and quality hospice care services to those located in the Los Angeles, SFV, Ventura County, Orange County, and Inland Empire.

JOB SUMMARY Our ideal candidate for the Clinical Marketing Liaison position will be knowledgeable in Medicare/Medi-Cal and the Hospice benefit. Current Hospice marketing experience and relationships would allow for the candidate to be successful with this opportunity. Experience and knowledge of the industry as will as in clinical, promoting, developing and marketing of hospice services is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain high standard of personal conduct while representing the Company on professional assignments.
• Adhere to all standards of practice, protocol, policies and procedures for licensing and regulations of the Hospice industry.
• Identifies, develops and maintains referral sources.
• Participates in the creation and implementation of an authorized strategic marketing plan.
• Organizes and provides education and opportunities to the community
• Continue education of self and develop a broader spectrum of knowledge about Hospice code of conduct and application of best practices in the industry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of established background in Hospice, Healthcare, Marketing or Public Relations
• Minimum of 2 years as an Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in CA.
• Minimum 2 years of HOSPICE EXPERIENCE Marketing
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance guidelines a plus
• Exceptional presentation skills, command of appropriate communication skills
• Valid California Driver's License
• No Points, Current auto insurance
