Butterfly Staffing is actively seeking skilled Construction Project Managers (PMs) to contribute to Federal Government construction projects. As a PM, you will spearhead all project phases, ensuring seamless progression from conceptualization to final execution, aligning with our mission, vision, and values. While we prioritize local talent, candidates willing to relocate or travel for on-site project management are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Alternatively, equivalent work experience and field-specific training will be considered.
• At least four years of experience in FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION project management, or equivalent. We seek individuals who are self-starting, motivated, and detail oriented.
• Six or more years of experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or equivalent within the construction industry. Familiarity with the design-build sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office 365 and Internet usage, is essential.
• Familiarity with specific software tools like Primavera 3/6, Procore is preferred.
• Possession of CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications. STS certification is a plus.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ certifications.

• Competitive salary range: $90,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year.

Schedule: Full-time, Contract

Work Environment: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
• Project Engineer, Assistant PM, PM, or equivalent: 4 years (Preferred)

Willingness to Travel: 50% (Preferred)
