Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certified
• USACE Quality Manager Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management
• Proficient in EM385-1 guidelines
• Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions effectively

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project safety programs in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct daily safety meetings and hazard analyses
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards
• Investigate accidents and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting
• Issue necessary permits for hazardous work conditions
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to maintain safety protocols
• Administer safety training and incentive programs
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel
