Fast-paced, dynamic, AV Preeminent rated boutique law firm in the heart of Oakland handling complex cases seeks two litigation associates [an entry-level (1-4 years) and a mid-level (5-8 years)] experienced in California litigation. The ideal candidate is very organized, detail-oriented, will have law and motion experience, excellent writing skills, and some experience taking depositions. Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing. The position involves working in a broad area of civil litigation. The firm’s litigation practice includes: employment, medical and pharmacy malpractice, asbestos and other toxic torts, public entity, premises and product liability, business/commercial disputes, trade secret, and construction defect.
