INSIDE SALES - ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

BuyAutoParts has been in business for over 30 years. We have our roots as a wholesale distributor of automotive products and have grown as a leading online retailer of auto parts. Our internet site is a popular destination for retail customers, car enthusiasts and professional mechanics. 

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Specialist for our B2B & Wholesale team! The ideal candidate will combine their love of cars and/or experience in the auto parts industry with superior communication skills, and a passion for sales to provide our customers with excellent service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of cars preferred
• Professional work experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer price and availability inquiries by phone and email
• Review and reply to internal and external emails
• Regular communication with vendors
• Communicate with team members to complete orders and coordinate customer support

Currently, most of our office staff is working remotely due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. There may be some in-person training required initially for new employees, but it will be done following all safety guidelines. Employees do have the option of working out of the office some or all of the time if they prefer. While this is our plan for the foreseeable future, there is no guarantee this will be a permanently remote position.
