Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in analyzing Profit and Loss reports to take our fast-growing business to the next level. Although we have built tools to promote efficiency in locating major issues, we know there is plenty of room for growth and we are looking for someone to create this sector of our business.

The key responsibility of this position is auditing profit and loss statements and building reports to draw conclusions from this data at both the micro and macro level. You must be comfortable identifying and collecting data from various sources, evaluating the data to ensure that they meet analytic needs, and preparing the data for analysis.

You must also have the ability to select, apply, and assess analytic models and techniques, review/verify the results, prepare reports/briefings and consult with managers to communicate findings.

This position requires a lot of independent research and ability to do a similar tasks multiple times a day (for example, looking line by line on data sheets), time management and creativity are necessary. We push for new ideas and growth. You must be well grounded, willing to learn, innovative and a team player who can grow and add value to our company by performing the following:

· Analyze Pricing of Incoming Products.

· Determine the reason for a profit or loss

· Flag and report fraud across multiple markets.

· Ability to problem solve ways to gain back losses.

· Analyzing data sets to draw conclusions about potential future problems.

· Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

· Working directly with teams around the company.

· Other duties as requested.

· Regular attendance at the work-site is required.

You will also bring: · Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or other business field required.

· 2-5 years of progressive experience in P&A, financial strategy, pricing, and/or accounting.

· EXCEPTIONAL EXCEL SKILLS

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

· Time management skills and able to build report on tasks if requested.

· One or more year(s) in analyzing financial data specializing in profit and loss.

· Ability to type 40 words per minute.

· Proficiency with G-Suite.

· Tableau experience is desired.
