CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Customer Experience Specialist position facilitates all of our customer interactions from the time the trade-in starts, all the way to when we resell products to an end-user. You will be responsible for “wowing” our customers by going the extra mile with email, phone, and messaging interactions. Additionally, you will be part of a team that is continually pushing to add customer delight to our Customer Experience workflows.

WHAT EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED? There is no prior experience required for this role, but prior experience in a Customer Service oriented role is a plus.

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO..

• Write well-written emails that are grammatically correct and succinctly solve problems for our customers.
• Work with others in a collaborative environment, encouraging others and demonstrating the desire to help others succeed.
• Multi-task and manage multiple communication channels throughout the day.

OUR HIRING PROCESS You will report to Brittany Yee, our Chief of Staff. During the hiring process, you will interview first with Brittany and our Operations Manager, Jareth Sweazea, then again in a final round interview with Jareth, Brittany, and our CEO, Jack Wight.

BENEFITS COMPETITIVE PAY: Starting pay is $17 an hour

PAID TIME OFF: 15 days of paid vacation yearly, with an another day of PTO added yearly. Example: After your first year at Buyback Boss, you will be at 16 days yearly. These days are IN ADDITION to our 8 paid company holidays

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE, INCLUDING ADOPTION: 8 weeks of fully paid time off

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING: This role requires you to work Monday - Friday, but we work with you to give you hours that work with your schedule.

PAID BREAKS: 30 minute paid breaks daily.

CASUAL DRESS: Wear whatever you're comfortable in!
