Position Summary:
The Buyer/Inventory Planner plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and cost-effective supply of materials, components, and products required for manufacturing operations. This position focuses on executing purchasing activities, monitoring inventory levels, supporting supply planning, and forecasting functions. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure material availability aligns with production needs, while meeting company objectives for inventory turnover, lead time, and cost.

The compensation for this position is $78,000 USD - $80,000 USD
This position is fully on-site at our Woodland, WA facility.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; kneel; talk; or hear, and hand grip. The employee may frequently lift, pull or push and /or move more than 50 pounds. Frequently use a copier, scanner, fax machine, phone, and computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include: near sighted vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), far sighted (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), peripheral vision (ability to observe and area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), and ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring and object into sharp focus). Specific hearing levels within normal/average range.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to inside cold or heat weather conditions; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
