Property Pals USA is looking for a team member to sell our off-market properties to investors looking for off-market investment opportunities. This includes finding new investors, showing properties, and negotiating contracts. We provide: • 30-day paid training program • Hands-on coaching (work right next to the owners of the company) • Real-world knowledge and understanding of how to buy and sell real estate and structure deals • Exposure to a world-class tech stack and training materials built from real-world experience. Responsibilities: • Source new buyers for off-market properties • Negotiate price and terms with funding partners • Learn and understand exit strategies and real estate finances, e.g., cap rate, cash on cash return, etc • Prepare and Send Contracts • Manage the Transaction pipeline to ensure a 21-day cash conversion cycle • Show properties to potential investors • A setup showing with sellers and tenants • Work with the Acquisition and Transaction teams to move properties through the sales funnel Qualifications: • Be Confident! Don't fold under pressure • Must be able to think quickly on your feet and push back on buyers to maximize contract values • Experience in a closing role with a track record of performance • Being a self-starter is a MUST. Take control of the role • Must be tech proficient or pick it up quickly - navigate a CRM, understand G-Suite • Written and verbal communication is critical. Internal and external. Communication always wins. • Fluent in Spanish is a HUGE + • Transportation is required Compensation: $42,000 plus 3% Commission
