    We are looking for a driven, hungry, service-oriented real estate professional to join one of Utah’s top-producing real estate teams. This is NOT a traditional “wait for leads and hope” agent position. This role is built for someone who: • Loves working with people • Wants a consistent opportunity • Enjoys showing homes and converting clients • Wants structure, systems, mentorship, and support • Is willing to prospect, follow up, and work hard • Wants to grow into a high-income real estate career Our team sells 100+ homes per year and has built a strong reputation through marketing, client experience, and consistent production. You will work directly inside our systems with leads, buyers, past clients, and active opportunities already flowing through the business. Compensation: Base Salary • $42,000 annual base salary Additional Compensation • 5% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) on closed buyer transactions • Fuel reimbursement • Team-generated opportunities and support • Open house opportunities • Structured prospecting time • Coaching, systems, and mentorship Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Buyer & Client Support • Show homes to active buyers • Conduct buyer consultations alongside team leadership • Follow up with active and past clients • Assist clients through the home search and offer process • Coordinate showings and communication Lead Follow Up & Prospecting • Dedicated daily prospecting and CRM follow-up time • Respond quickly to inbound leads • Call, text, and nurture active opportunities • Maintain strong communication and organization Open Houses • Host team open houses • Convert walk-in traffic into appointments and clients • Follow up with leads after events Database & Past Client Experience • Help organize quarterly client gifts • Assist with past client touch campaigns • Maintain relationships and improve retention/referrals Team Operations • Maintain CRM notes and client communication • Coordinate with the listing team and operations staff • Help create a first-class client experience Qualifications: Ideal Candidate You may be a fit if you: • Are licensed in Utah (or actively pursuing your license) • Are highly organized and proactive • Have strong communication skills • Can handle fast-paced environments • Are coachable and accountable • Want long-term growth, not just “easy deals.” • Are comfortable making calls and following up consistently • Can work evenings and weekends when clients need help What Makes This Different Most agents struggle because they have: • No structure • No mentorship • No marketing • No systems • No accountability We already have: • Brand recognition • Lead flow • Proven systems • Operations support • Marketing infrastructure • High transaction volume • Real opportunity to grow This is an opportunity to plug into a real business instead of trying to figure everything out alone.
