Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture incoming leads from multiple sources, including phone, email, text, and CRM platforms • Consult with buyers to uncover their needs and match them to suitable properties through property searches, scheduling, and showings • Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and advocacy • Guide clients through the complete home buying process, including financing options, inspections, negotiations, and closing • Maintain active communication with clients, providing consistent updates, expert advice, and world-class customer service throughout their journey • Participate in open houses, networking events, and marketing activities to build relationships, generate new leads, and grow your sphere of influence • Collaborate with the team by attending meetings, training sessions, and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate License (Required) • Bilingual in Russian or Spanish highly preferred (English fluency required) • Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience • Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs • Strong knowledge of current real estate market trends and a passion for ongoing learning and professional growth • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented , with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with strong relationship-building abilities • Customer service, sales, or previous real estate experience is a major plus • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a “whatever it takes” attitude • Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM databases, MLS systems, and digital communications • Strong advocate for clients' goals, demonstrating persistence, resilience, and creative problem-solving • High level of professionalism and a team-oriented mindset Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000+ at plan commission
