The mobile development team is responsible for architecting, developing and implementing mobile solutions for the Buzr hardware products. The team works closely with Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers and customers to deliver high quality products on a rapid development schedule. Successful applicants will take responsibility for the development, testing and deployment of mission-critical building access products as part of a close-knit team of exceptional software engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build mobile application for consumer facing applications operating on the iOS platform
• Use best practices to deliver high quality code; Unit-test code for robustness including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones from draft to implementation
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Preferred Skills & Experience

• BS in Computer Science or Equivalent OR experience developing apps, building frameworks, & developing UI's
• 2+ years of hands-on app development experience
• Experienced in Swift based iOS development
• Experience integrating Swift iOS applications with cloud based backends (AWS a plus)
• You have superb communication skills and desire working with many teams in a dynamic setting
