Franchise Support Specialist, Buzz Franchise Brands
Buzz Franchise Brands (BFB) is a fast-growing multi-brand franchising company dedicated to building brands that get people talking. We’re looking for an energetic and hard-working professional to join our corporate team. The Franchise Support Specialist will work closely with experienced professionals to provide business start-up support, administrative management, and technical assistance to over 100 independent business owners operating across the U.S. and Canada. This position reports to the Director of Training and Onboarding and is based at our company headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
Guide and support the onboarding process for new franchise business owners
Assist brand teams with analysis of franchisee performance and development of business action plans
Provide administrative and IT system support to franchise owners
Support vendor management and communicate with vendors as required to enable system-wide performance
Support brand teams to develop training assets for shared systems across all three brands
Respond as necessary to miscellaneous operational issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; business, finance, or accounting preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Solid data analytic skills with a basic understanding of statistics
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Outstanding work ethic, keen attention to detail, and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
