TIER I HELP DESK TECHNICIAN- MAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking for a Tier I Help Desk Technician to support MAC equipment. The ideal candidate has experience providing technical support to our clients by assessing issues and providing solutions for local and off-site users remotely or in person based on issue.
This position is part-time/on-call to work as needed for a small MSP start-up in the Portland area. Flexibility to work during the day to support clients is needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
