    TIER I HELP DESK TECHNICIAN- MAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    We are looking for a Tier I Help Desk Technician to support MAC equipment.  The ideal candidate has experience providing  technical support to our clients by assessing issues and providing solutions for local and off-site users remotely or in person based on issue.  

    This position is part-time/on-call to work as needed for a small MSP start-up in the Portland area.  Flexibility to work during the day to support clients is needed. 

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule.
    • 1+ years' experience working for an MSP at Tier I Helpdesk level supporting MACs
    • Always available, mobile, and open to travel in the local Portland metro area.
