    Description

    Scrum Master/Team Leader who has strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
    Responsibilities:
    • Performs Scrum Master duties in an Agile development environment
    • Collaborates with Government counterparts, Mission Owners, and analysts to identify requirements for synchronization of new and existing systems.
    • Identifies, defines and captures requirements, features, and user stories in Jira.
    • Implements data policy enforcement across the architecture.
    • Develops performance models to estimate, measure, and optimize performance using tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and CloudWatch
    • Develops or provides technical input to engineering artifacts

     

    Basic Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement
    • Solid experience as a Scrum Master on an Agile Scrum team or leading diversified software development teams
    • Experience in Software Development, Integration, or other IT related projects
    • Experience working in an AWS/cloud architecture environment
    • Experience working with data models, REST-based microservices, OpenAPI specification
    • Systems integration experience
    • Strong problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
    • TS/SC
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification: Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
    • Ability to understand technical legacy systems and associated component functionalities.
    • TS/SCI CI Poly
