    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    ON TARGET EARNINGS (OTE): $130,000 - $150,000

    As a sales development representative, your work focuses on outbound sales strategy. You confidently share product or service information with outside prospects. Sales development representatives need to be highly organized. You'll spend a lot of time making phones calls and preparing lists. Setting appointments is your main responsibility, moving leads through a sales pipeline. A sales development representative identifies challenges and provides practical solutions to prospects. You provide positive insights as a product knowledge specialist.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • MAKE 10-15+ OUTBOUND PHONE CALLS PER DAY, SETTING 20 DEMONSTRATION APPOINTMENTS PER MONTH

    • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.

    • Moving solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to an account executive, and arranging web meetings, emails, or phone calls.

    • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward

    • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods

    • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.

    • Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts

    • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

    • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or making cold calls

    • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

    • Proficiency in CRM use

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive experience over the phone

    • Be able to work independently without being micro managed

    • Adaptable to new features and releases in software

    • Must be able to pass a background check
