    We are looking for a person knowledgeable in all traits of construction who is looking to grow. Particularly with knowledge in exterior construction in the Apartment and HOA industry. We are ready to grow our construction side as much as you as the individual are willing to take on. It will require a lot of learning but we have a lot of resources to help. PLEASE APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING • Are you a foreman currently at a company that does not have room for you to grow • Are you a superintendent in a company but want to become a project manager • Are a project manager for a construction company that works in the HOA/Apartment industry but is looking to grow and do more in a company • Working in the HOA/Apartment industry in regards to any construction work The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7-4 pm. Salary DOE $70,000-$100,000 After your 90-day probationary period, you will qualify for: • Paid Vacation days • Sick days • Holidays • 401(k) • Medical • Dental • Vision If you are any of these above we would LOVE to have you apply for our position Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Scheduling & Managing Crews • Scheduling of Subcontractors • Communication with all parties( Customer, subs, crews & office) • Job site visits (daily) • Excellent Customer Service • A majority is supervisory work, but must be willing to work, assist, and get the job done(this means working as a field worker as needed) Qualifications: • Must be willing to grow and learn • Must be able to juggle multiple roles as a project manager and superintendent • Must be able to manage employees including hiring and firing as needed • Must be able to work with our estimators and give them timelines • Must be able to order materials and know when to use different materials • Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record • Must be fluent in English: reading, writing, and speech • Must be bilingual (Spanish) • Proficient at reading and understanding scopes of work, and directions • MUST have experience with computers, tablets, and being able to work a cell phone • Must be professional with customers and employees • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities while adapting to changing demands and priorities • Strong analytical and construction skills in evaluating situations • Ability to receive, understand, and communicate information and ideas clearly.] Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
