C&B Accounting is in search of a part-time Jr. Accounting/Administrative Assistant to perform the following duties: - Organize client profiles and files within company CRM system - Keep up to date records and update client reports frequently -Assist with creating processes and procedures -Heavy support during tax season involving but not limited to- tracking all necessary tax documentation from 200+ clients, communicating with clients for information, organizing tax files, tracking tax filing process -Work closely with company CFO and OBM (Online Business Manager) for special projects and direction Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits: -Detail oriented -Some accounting skills -Strong organizational skills -Strong attention to detail -Strong communication skills -Strong computer skills -Professional -Reliable -Takes initiative to get what needs to be done, done Experience with: - Excel -QuickBooks Online - Some knowledge of accounting and tax processes, software, and forms Must have good internet connection and a reliable laptop. This position is hybrid, mostly remote, but ideal candidate would be able to travel to Mahwah, NJ once a week for a few hours to work closely with the company CFO especially during tax season.
